Rich and concentrated, classic, spice and brambles. Very good color, structure and acidity. Higher alcohol but very much in balance. Have won many Double Gold and Best of Class awards. I would rather not sell it but have more than I need. I can share analysis upon request. No delivery. Bring a tote and ill rack into it or I can send you with the racks and barrels for an extra charge. Ideally, someone would take all 6 of 2021 but could sell a minimum of 2 barrels.
