• Bring your project to a distinctive, Custom Crush facility located on a knoll top outside of Sebastopol, but only one, quick mile to town. Whether you need comprehensive, turn-key winemaking services & consulting or are a hands-on winemaker yourself, join a small, dedicated team with acute attention to detail.
There is about 80 tons of uncrowded crush space available and only two other winemakers. One assistant winemaker and cellar master provide client-focused attention. The facility is in a beautiful setting with character and history built in 2017 to be easy to navigate. It’s efficient and flexibly designed, specifically for small lots, low- input, native-yeasts and natural winemaking.
