For sale: small but established wine brand (no vineyard property or winery equipment included) with leased tasting rooms in the Bay Area. Consistent reviews 90-95pts in magazines, trademarks in place, vendors, small wine club, website, labels, email list, approx. 3,000 cases of UNLABELED inventory across 20 skus plus more to bottle this year, and consistent vineyard fruit source that is formally leasable at below market price. 19% operating profit margin after paying off all business debt, 20+% growth each year. Distribution is in place for two states and working on several more. Annual case production in a normal year would be approx. 1,500-2,000 cases from reliable vineyard fruit, but you can purchase more and scale up, which is what I am planning on for 2022 since the brand is fully active. AP setup with second tasting room as part of AP, no staffing or management is required for the AP tasting room. 2 people could operate everything here.
