Each holds about 1650 gallons, ferments roughly 6 tons of must. Punch-down unit never used because our tank room doesn’t have tall enough ceilings.

Height without punch-down unit is 13.5 feet. With punch-down unit is 18.5 feet. Diameter is 6 feet. Top manway is 16 inches diameter, side manway oval is 17 inches wide, 12 inches tall, bottom opening is square 20 inches tall, 16 inches wide.
