The Rocks Wine Studio is a state-of-the-art custom crush facility in Milton-Freewater, OR, within the Walla Walla Valley and The Rocks District. We handle batch sizes from 1 to 20 tons, processing both machine-harvested and hand-picked fruit. Our Rotovib destemmer gently removes jacks and shot berries, with an optional hand-sorting line. Fruit is transferred via a temperature-controlled stainless steel system, with gravity-fill options for smaller fermenters.

We offer stainless steel, oak, and concrete fermenters with temperature control, micro-oxygenation, and computer-controlled pump-overs. Our Bucher Vaslin Xpert IT presses ensure precise press cuts.

The winery features 14,000-barrel storage, three climate-controlled barrel rooms, advanced crossflow and sweetspotter microfiltration, a counter-pressure bottling line, and climate-controlled storage. Clients may supply their fruit or source from our Estate Vineyards. The Rocks Wine Studio also hosts Alternating Proprietors.
