Our facility has all the equipment necessary to craft fine wines. Type 02 license alternating proprietorship is available.
• Open-top fermenters ideal for small to medium sized red lots.
- 2 and 5.5 ton jacketed open top fermenters.
- 8 ton closed top red fermenters.
- T Bins are available for smaller lots.
• A large range of jacketed tanks for settling, fermenting whites, racking, blending, etc.
• Multiple pumps, and a bulldog for racking barrels with gas.
• Fruit sorting escalator.
• Bladder press.
- 2-3 tons whole cluster white press capacity.
- Up to 8 tons of red must press capacity.
