- Cleaning and sanitizing, tanks, holding vessels, and winery equipment;
- Make wine additions;
- Ability to comprehend and fulfill cellar work orders;
- Experience operating cellar equipment, forklift Class I and II, and bottling line;
- Minimum two years experience;
- Able to lift 55 pounds and stand for 8 hour shifts.
