15 varieties on 4 rootstocks. Yield is usually 18 to 20 tons of grapes. Varieties include chardonnay, moscato, viognier, trebbiano ,sauvignon blanc, pinot gris, albarino, merlot, cab sauvignon, nebbiolo, dolcetto, barbera, tempranillo and syrah. Harvesting starts in mid August and ends in early October. All but 10 rows have drip irrigation. There is a 3300' deer exclusion fence.
Tractor, sprayer, ag implements, tools, crusher de-stemmer, .6kg press, pumps, filters, tanks, barrels, auto corker, bulk and finished goods inventory included. Also includes commercial pick-up truck.
Zoning is Rural Residential. Farming is primary use. Planning Board Resolutions allow for daily events. Federal permit and state license can be transferred via existing LLC provided new owners pass review by TTB and NJ ABC. State license includes up to 15 satellite locations, direct shipping in and out of state, and wholesale distribution to NJ retailers with license.
