I have a client interested in purchasing an existing high end Pinot Noir Vineyard, or bare land with the purpose of planting a new world class Pinot Noir vineyard (any size) in the following AVA’s in Sonoma: Russian River or Sonoma Coast. Preferably, an existing vineyard would have 777 and/or 667 clones. Depending on the age of the vineyard, my client may be interested in existing vineyards in those AVA's with alternative clones. There is no limit on price.
