Take control of your custom crush needs at our facility in the heart of Napa Valley. We offer comprehensive custom crush services tailored to Alternating Proprietor (AP) arrangements. Every winery has unique requirements, and we customize our services to meet your specific needs. In addition to full winemaking support, we provide an auxiliary tasting room and patio—ideal for small brands looking to host and entertain guests. This space is included as part of your AP agreement. Conveniently located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, our permit also allows us to process and bottle fruit sourced from outside the Valley.
