Cool climate viognier -- crisp, stony, citrus. Barrel fermented, but no flab. Numbers -- 13.1% alc, 7.3g/L TA, 3.3pH, 0.22g/L VA, 1.23g/L malic, 0.84g/L glu/fru. This is from my vineyard on the Marin Side of the Marin/Sonoma border, south of Petaluma. Wine located on Treasure Island. Samples available.
