Picked early; i.e., not a saignee. A mix of barrel and tank ferments. 10% each of chard and viognier. Malo blocked. Isinglass fined. Sterile filtered. Bottled in flint Burgundy and unbranded Trefinos (agglomerated, supercritical CO2 treated, compare to DIAM) corked. No capsules. Plain white boxes.
