Vineyard is located off Fulton Road withing the Russian River Valley appellation and the 2.5 acre plot is situation in the path of an old river and resides adjacent to county vernal pools providing exceptionally rich soil.

*Pinot Clones: Pommard (50%), 667 (25%), 115 (25%). Expected yield: 4 tons.
*Chard Clone: Davis 4 Expected yield: 4 tons.
