2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, El Dorado, is beautifully mature, has good color, and is medium in intensity. This Gold Medal winner is still very drinkable. However, the corks have become soft, making this wine difficult to market and sell. It has 13.5% alcohol and no residual sugar.
