Farming Practices:
Over two thousand vines per acre farmed to very low cluster count per vine. Vertical trellis with NE to SW row direction for sun optimization. Hedging, suckering and thinning done meticulously. Late season water deprivation to achieve dimpled grapes of maximum intensity and full ripeness. Primarily organic, sustainable, and regenerative. Farmed by Bill Hill.
