Lytton Manor Vineyard is projecting 50-55 tons of 2026 Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon this year. Asking for $1,800 per ton; the price is negotiable. The main blocks can be mechanically harvested or the entire vineyard hand harvested. Buyer to pay for harvest. Our vineyard is situated between Ridge Winery’s century-old Lytton Springs Vineyard East and and their expansive Lytton Springs Vineyard West. The 12-acre vineyard was replanted in 2019 with Cabernet Sauvignon clones 30 and 47 on 1103P rootstock. Samples of our 2025 Cabernet Sauvignon are available (and bulk for sale).
