They are typically harvested mid to the end of September at 18-20 Brix. If things continue as is weather-wise - these grapes will be spectacular! Tango Oaks is famous for our farming practices and the gravelly shale terroir of the soils. We grow and care for ALL of our grapes the same way, regardless of whether they are our ultra premium Vinifera or select Hybrids.
