Elevation Winery in Healdsburg, CA is hiring harvest interns for the 2025 Crush! We are a custom crush focused winery in the heart of downtown Healdsburg, California. Interns will have the opportunity to work with many winemakers and many different grape varieties. We are large enough to employ modern winemaking methods with state of the art equipment, yet small enough that all interns will have the opportunity to experience every facet of the harvest experience. Work typically begins by mid-August and finishes toward the end of October. Primary Duties: Cleaning: Sanitizing tanks, T-bins and equipment Grape Sorting Punch downs, pump-overs and pulsing fermenting grapes Draining & pressing fermentations Barrel work Additions Lab work, if you have a relevant background or aptitude Learning, working hard and having fun Qualifications: Great work ethic and attitude Ability to take direction and pay attention to detail Able to lift 50 pounds Able to fit inside a standard tank man-door Previous experience preferred, but not necessary Forklift experience is a plus
