Premium Portuguese varietal ruby Ports, to bottle or blend, made using traditional method. Bulk inventory includes Souzáo, Touriga, and Tinta Madeira ruby Ports. Our ruby’s are bright, fruit forward, and ready to sip. Also a great base for sangrias and RTD’s. They can be blended in to dry reds (less than 5% addition) to add body, color, sugar and alc. $20 per gal. Minimum 110gal. Truckload pricing negotiable. Our Ports are sold in bulk only. This premium estate "Vineyard Designate" Zinfandel was fermented in primarily 4-ton open top stainless steel tanks. Following a 3-day cold soak, the grapes were inoculated with FX10 Laffort yeast and twice daily punchdowns were performed. After approximately 20 days on skins, the grapes were pressed to tank for malolactic fermentation using Scott Labs VP41 and Omega strains. The wine is aging in neutral French and American oak barrels in the cave. Samples and visits available upon request. This premium estate Zinfandel was fermented in primarily 4-ton open top stainless steel tanks. Following a 3-day cold soak, the grapes were inoculated with FX10 Laffort yeast and twice daily punchdowns were performed. After approximately 20 days on skins, the grapes were pressed to tank for malolactic fermentation using Scott Labs VP41 and Omega strains. The wine was aged in 20% new French and American oak barrels in a cave for 18 months. Samples and visits available upon request.
