The Hill Country Wine Village will be a new "village" of boutique wineries located on the Texas Wine Trail (Hwy 290) in Hye, TX (between Johnson and Fredericksburg). Built specifically for winery use, the buildings will each provide ample production space with floor drains, 3-Phase power, 16' ceiling height for efficient barrel storage, and climate control. Each building will also have a tasting room space with private patio for on-site retail sales.
