Wine was grown, fermented, and bottled on the West side of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes of NY. Bottled into secondary fermentation in March of 2022. Wine is un-disgorged and currently without a dosage.

Custom disgorging services are available with a separate arrangement.

Bottled in high quality 750ml 900g sparkling bottle with heavy punt. Amber glass, with 29mm closure. Fermented to approximately 3.5 volumes of pressure. Stored in a conditioned, bonded wine facility.

We are very pleased with tasting trials of this wine and it is free of faults.
