Lytton Manor Vineyard has 12.2 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon available for the 2025 harvest. Replanted in 2018, the vineyard has been upgraded to maximize efficiency and quality. Features include machine or hand harvesting, water and temperature probes for monitoring vine stress, an onsite weather station, and a pond and well for irrigation. Yields average 35 tons, with potential for more with exceptional quality. Samples of the 2024 wine are available. Managed by Negrete Vineyard Management.

The vineyard is situated between Ridge Winery's Lytton Springs East and West vineyards, with excellent southern exposure. This is the eastern end of Dry Creek Valley, closest to Alexander Valley. Clones 30 (Disney) and 47 on 1103P rootstock. Disease free. Past vintages have produced excellent fruit with rich Cabernet Sauvignon aromas and flavors.
