These barrels were recooped at Recoop in Sebastopol in 2024. They have not had any wine in them yet and can be treated like new oak.

The available barrels are Burgundy 228L barrels from the following original coopers:
1 x Cadus (tight grain, recoop toast medium minus)
1 x Francois Freres (tight grain, recoop toast medium minus)

They would make a great addition to any wine program this year to bring in some new French Oak qualities. Please inquire should you have any questions.
