They should consistently demonstrate poise and professionalism, coupled with outstanding communication skills and a keen ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. A natural instinct for luxury service and a strong commitment to guest recognition are essential in crafting an exceptional and memorable experience. A collaborative, team-first mindset and eloquent, confident verbal communication are key to success in this role. Must love big, friendly dogs.
