Winemaker Position East Coast Winery (PA) looking for a dynamic winemaker to lead us into the next level of winemaking. We are looking for a self-motivated person to produce high-quality wine utilizing our grapes and grapes sourced from some of the finest regions in the US, Europe, and South America. You will report directly to the owners and work side by side with our winemaking team & cellar staff to oversee daily activities. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual looking to advance their career in the wine industry. Our priority is finding the right person to join our team and help us craft premium wines. Winemaker’s role and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Develop and execute a vintage plan for each of our varietals and wines. • Create an operating budget for cellar/lab equipment, barrels, winemaking materials, and lab chemicals. • Perform and direct winemaking tasks including but not limited to: Crushing, fermentation, additions, racking, filtering, blending, barrel maintenance, equipment sanitation, and bottling. • Perform laboratory analysis. • Assist in and provide input in recruiting, hiring, and training of cellar staff. • Create and maintain records for harvest, cellar operations, bottled/bulk inventories, and bottling

Enologist/Winemaker Needed at Post Winery, Inc., the Region’s Largest Vineyards and Winery, located in Altus, Arkansas. This is an area within driving distance of Fayetteville/Bentonville (NWA), Fort Smith, Russellville. Salary CWE Benefits The Enologist/ Winemaker position is responsible for preparing wines and juice for bottling, working with the lab technician to coordinate analyses, coordinating work orders with the Cellar technician, directing the bottling crew, helping with sales forecasting, and ensuring quality wine and juice production and record keeping for 702 reporting. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a positive environment where employees feel valued and respected. Dedicated to crafting quality wines, providing value to our customers, facilitating employee productivity, and continuing to improve our working environment. Managerial Manage the Production staff. This involves delegating daily tasks, having regular staff meetings, training, conducting employee reviews, and properly documenting and being the lead in giving corrective action plans. Will be the lead when interviewing potential employees, and along with HR will decide hirings and terminations. Franklin Hill Vineyards is looking for a qualified winemaker to join our growing production demands. Located on a beautiful farm in eastern Pennsylvania, Franklin Hill has 16 acres of grapes and a state-of-the-art winery facility. This is a fun and exciting position available immediately to the right applicant. This is a full-time position offering a competitive wage. All applicants will be considered. Requirements: The applicant must possess a strong work ethic, ability to collaborate with a team, and enjoy working both indoors and outdoors. From the grape growing to the tasting room, this position enjoys the full winery experience. The position will include sanitation, safety, fruit projections, receiving fruit, fermentation, aging, blending, bottling, etc. The wine maker must enjoy working with other departments to collaborate with all aspects of the winery and vineyard. The applicant must have experience in chemistry to conduct lab analyses. Tasting, analyzing, and assessing batches as well as perform problem solving daily. The ideal applicant would possess a degree in enology, viticulture, or related field. Experience in wine, beer, spirits is preferred, but other food science experience will be considered.
