Position Summary This is a temporary paid full-time or part time position based at a distilled spirits manufacturer in Alameda, California. Shifts will be three to five days per week, or approximately 20 to 40 hours per week during normal business hours.  Under supervision from the Distiller, the Harvest Production Apprentice is responsible for assisting in day-to-day production, processing, and storage operations of the distillery by performing a wide range of tasks and projects. This position is responsible for providing team-oriented support within the production department.
