Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable commercial truck driver to join our operations for the upcoming harvest season. Safely operate commercial vehicles (flatbeds or trailers) to transport harvested product from fields/vineyards to processing destinations.
Navigate narrow, unpaved agricultural roads and farm terrain, often in low-visibility or nighttime conditions.
Ensure loads are properly secured, tarped (if required), and within legal weight limits before departing.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) to ensure brakes, lights, and equipment are fully operational.
Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery paperwork.
Communicate effectively with field supervisors, loading crews, and receiving facility staff.

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) + Doubles (T) endorsement with a clean DMV driving record.
Experience: 1–2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in agricultural hauling or navigating tight farm spaces.
Availability: Must be flexible to work night, evening, or early morning hours. Harvest schedules depend heavily on weather and crop maturity.
Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, climb up/down from truck cabs and trailers, and lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
Compliance: Ability to pass a mandatory DOT drug screen and background check.
