Winery and grounds are in excellent condition. Due to age and health, owners must retire.

Vineyard Details

6,000+ vines on VSP with drip irrigation; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc. Vines planted in 2002. Slight slope. In Manton Valley AVA. (Soils are volcanic). Water filtration system; 1.3 miner inches of ditch water from Crooker-Harrison ditch water rights at 700 gals/hour with 6,000 gal water tanks;
no waist water issues; completely fenced; domestic well at 25 gal/minute.
2024 crop will produce 21 tons.
