Santa Maria Vineyard & Winery is located in Carroll Iowa at 218 W. 6th St. The facility is comprised of a winery (3,200 sf), cellar (5,000 sf), which includes distillery and bottling area, event center (5,000 sf), restaurant/tasting room (1,900 sf) and a partially covered courtyard (5,000 sf).

Winery established in 2006 and occupied current facility in 2009. Distillery permitted in early 2024. The winery produces 20 grape and fruit wines, while the distillery produces brandy and flavored vodka. The event center, which seats up to 300, is considered one of the most beautiful venues in the Midwest. The courtyard is enclosed and partially covered seating up to 150. The restaurant/tasting room offers a full menu, including wood-fired pizza, with seating for 90. The restaurant is supported by a prep kitchen and two serving kitchens.
