Deal Proposal: Collaborative Wine Production with Domaine Helena’s Organic Grapes

Overview:
Domaine Helena, an esteemed vineyard certified organic by CCOF, is offering a unique collaboration to select wineries. Our old-vine, low-yield wine grapes, which have consistently produced 90, 93, and 94-point wines, will be provided free of charge to your winery for processing. This represents a significant investment on our part, valued at $2,500-$4,500 per ton, ensuring that you receive the highest quality grapes for your winemaking.

Terms of Agreement:

1. Grape Delivery:
Domaine Helena will deliver CCOF organic certified wine grapes to your winery, from our low-yield, old vines. Your winery will participate to the transportation and delivery with 50% of the cost of delivery and transportation only, but there will be no charge for the grapes themselves.
Each delivery will consist of 5 tons of grapes or a multiple thereof.
2. Winemaking Process:
Your winery will process these grapes as you would for your own wine production, ensuring the highest standards are applied throughout the process.
3. Production for Domaine Helena:
For every 5 tons of grapes delivered, your winery will produce 2.5 palettes of wine under the Domaine Helena label.
The Domaine Helena labels will be supplied and delivered directly to your winery, ready to be affixed during bottling.
4. Mutual Benefits:
Your winery gains access to premium organic grapes without any upfront cost, which have a proven track record of high ratings (90, 93, 94 points).
