Sales and Events Coordinator Overview Haak Vineyards and Winery is seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator who will play a key role in driving revenue growth. This is a sales-first position focused on generating event bookings, building client relationships, increasing wine club and tasting room sales, and supporting the successful execution of winery events. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by selling, comfortable following up quickly, and motivated by turning inquiries into booked business. While event coordination is part of the position, the primary objective is to grow revenue through proactive sales activity and strong client management. Key Responsibilities • Proactively generate revenue through event sales, private bookings, corporate events, and group experiences • Respond to inbound event and group inquiries quickly and professionally • Follow up on leads consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings • Build relationships with corporate clients, community partners, wedding prospects, and repeat customers • Promote winery experiences, tastings, memberships, and add-on offerings to increase average booking value • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closed business • Prepare event proposals, pricing, contracts, and booking details • Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure events are executed

Key duties include: • Enter in timesheets and process weekly staff payroll using QuickBooks & ADP, averaging 50 staff each week (up to 80 during harvest).
