This wine comes directly from our family vineyard in Capell Valley (Napa Valley AVA), planted in 1998–2002 with Clone 337 Cabernet Sauvignon on 110R and 1103P rootstocks. Wine Details: Vintage: 2023 Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon AVA: Napa Valley (Capell Valley) Volume: 600 gallons (in two stainless tanks) Harvest Date: 10/07/2023 at 27.25 Brix Fermentation: Tank-fermented with RP15 yeast TA: 0.063 g/100ml pH: 3.75 Alcohol: 15.4% Current Storage: Stainless steel (wood chips added during storage) Price: $15/gal, negotiable (OBO) Tasting & Winemaking Notes: The wine has remained in stainless steel since fermentation, preserving vibrant fruit-forward character and freshness.
