The back of the vineyard sits on a steep south facing slope with background hills which provide early shade for the fruit, at the apex of this starts a slight northern facing slope all the way down the property to the road which encompasses the remaining blocks.The vineyard covers 4 acres with vine ages ranging from over 100 years to four years old. Priced to Sell. These Cayuga White grapes are from Tango Oaks Farm on the East shore of Seneca lake in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. They are typically harvest mid to the end of September at 18-20 Brix 2025 has been a perfect year and the grapes are spectacular! Tango Oaks is famous for our farming practices and the gravelly shale terroir of the soils. We grow and care for ALL of grapes the same way regardless of whether they are high end Vinifera or Hybrids. One of our regular customers has reduced their order for the year. This allows us to put our grapes on the open market for the first time in a decade. This Cayuga has made for excellent wines all over the Northeast and at wineries in the Midwest. Purchase grapes and we can ship or arrange for juice or wine to your specifications be made in the Finger Lakes. Or, stay with us at our farm guest house and oversee the production yourself. Shipping and/or winery services are not included.

Priced to Sell. Riesling made from these grapes has received accolades and 92+ scores all over the world! As the market is soft (you all know this) a few of our regular buyers are taking less than we are producing. That opens up our normally exclusive fruit to the open market. Grown meticulously on the East shore of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region, this Riesling is usually harvested in mid to late October at 21-24 Brix. This year, so far, has been perfect, the fruit spectacular, and we expect this to truly be a vintage year. Purchase the grapes and we ship or we can arrange for a local winery to produce juice or wine to your specifications. Or, stay with us at the farm guest house and oversee that production yourself. According to Derek Holstein our grapes have a taste profile similar to the east side of Napa Valley, such as Howell Mnt, etc, (which cannot be picked this year due to smoke damage as we hear) Here are smoke free, CCOF certified, CCSW certified grapes that are very affordable and just about to be ripe. We have Petite Sirah (40 tons still available) Cabernet Sauvignon (160 tons still available) and Cabernet Franc (10 tons still available) The AVA/terroir is Lake County, CA / North Coast. We are located just 3 miles from the Napa and Sonoma county lines at a crow's flight in the area of Lake County with the most average precipitation per year and some of the cleanest air. No fires this year so far in our valley. We use stored surface water, in a natural pond for irrigation for clean water supply and our vineyard naturally yields 3-4 tons an acre-ish with small and thick-skinned grapes which are a winemaker's dream call us soon!
