40 tons

Lytton Manor Vineyard has 12.2 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon available for the 2025 harvest. Replanted in 2018, the vineyard has been upgraded to maximize efficiency and quality. Features include machine or hand harvesting, water and temperature probes for monitoring vine stress, an onsite weather station, and a pond and well for irrigation. Yields average 35 tons, with potential for more with exceptional quality. Samples of the 2024 wine are available. Managed by Negrete Vineyard Management.

Classic RRV wine from well-known, high-end Woolsey Rd. Pinot Noir vineyard. Blend of 115 and 777 clones. Great nose, flavor and structure. The winery - Papapietro Perry Winery - just has a bit too much of it! Wine had some time in 35% new Francois Frere; now aging in neutral Francois Frere barrels.
